At Kisah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
